In Hove, we do brunch, and we do it well! Everything is produced on site, by our experienced & talented chefs, putting a modern spin on traditional flavours.

Our menu explores both modern British & Mediterranean dishes, with an emphasis on using local and sustainable produce. Our dishes are prepared freshly on site with fine dining finishing touches adding a unique twist to all of the food we serve.

Our wine list and cocktails have been compiled by over 20 years within the drink industry, ensuring we have the best offering for our customer’s needs. Our drinks menu includes weekly specials designed by our in house Bar Manager so there is always something new to try.

We aim to use as many local supplier as possible without reducing the quality and have a focus on minimal waste.

Barfield Butchers:
Situated in the heart of Fiveways in Brighton, Barfields is a real butchers. We source the finest in free range naturally reared meat from Sussex and nearby counties.

MCB Seafoods:
Is a family run business that has been operating out of Newhaven, East Sussex for over 25 years. With sustainability as its’ core approach they only sell the freshest fish meaning it goes from sea to saucepan with a high quality end result every time.

Flint Owl Bakery:
Is a small, independent craft bakery producing delicious bread & pastries based in East Sussex.

Backyard Coffee:
Backyard Coffee are an independent coffee roaster based in Ditchling, Sussex. They were born out of frustration for the coffee industry. Backyard buy only beans they can trust in and over the years have put a lot of effort and time in selecting our beans ensuring that they are fair trade and ethically sourced.
